The Women’s Voices will be present at the Professional Women’s Network Congress in Paris (PWN Paris) tomorrow in Paris. This year, the congress will focus on the theme “A Desirable Future through the Power of the Collective.”

A network of powerful women

There are only a few days left until the PWN Paris Congress 2023, which will take place in Paris on October 17. The Professional Women’s Network is the first international network dedicated to gender equality and the career development of women. With over 700 members in France and more than 4,000 members worldwide in over 30 countries, the network has been promoting women’s empowerment since its founding in Paris 24 years ago. Each year, the network organizes no fewer than 60 events across its entire network.

This Tuesday, October 17, at the iconic Hotel de l’Industrie, the headquarters of the Société d’Encouragement pour l’Industrie Nationale, will host the event. It was built in the mid-19th century and has been a hub for encouraging the modernization and development of the French economy, as well as a place for political, social, cultural, or simply festive activities in the neighborhood and on the left bank.

Starting at 2 p.m., the program will kick off with an opening speech by Bérangère Couillard, the Minister of Equality between Women and Men and the Fight against Discrimination. This will be followed by a series of keynotes and roundtable discussions dedicated to shaping a more equal, inclusive, and sustainable future, where women play a key role in transforming society, all while focusing on the power of the collective. The promise of the congress is to discover how to promote the necessary social and societal transformations.

Future-focused discussions

During this afternoon hosted by Héloïse Lauret, two inspiring roundtables and captivating keynotes will take place, where prominent personalities will come together to exchange and confront their views.
